Delivery times vary by item and destination. Most current U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days, while international orders usually take 10–20 business days. U.S. shipping starts at $5.49 and is free over $75. We also ship to the UK, EU, Canada and beyond: pick your region in the cart to see the exact rate (free over $125).

Comfort Colors 1717 (most of our tees) is garment-dyed and runs slightly oversized — if you're between sizes or want a fitted look, size down. The Classic Fit tee (Bella+Canvas 3001) is true to size. The hoodie has a relaxed fit; take your usual size.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email hello@agisupplyco.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For other returns, contact us within 30 days; items must be unused and in their original condition. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Checkout is handled entirely by PayPal — you can pay with a PayPal account or any major card as a guest. We never see or store your card details. Your shipping address is taken from PayPal at checkout, so make sure it's current.

You'll receive a PayPal receipt immediately after ordering. If you'd like a status update at any point, email hello@agisupplyco.com with your order reference and we'll reply within one business day.

Turn apparel inside out, machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip bleach and avoid ironing directly on the design. For other products, follow the care instructions on the product page or packaging.
